I’m looking for someone to rent the ground floor of my house. I’ll be a live in landlord so will also be living in the property. We will mainly be upstairs but will use the ground floor to enter and go through to the garden.

About the space:
Due to the layout of the house you’ll have the ground floor to yourself there is a shower room and toilet on that floor as well as a small kitchen so the space is more or less a studio. The only shared space will be the kitchen area which will only be shared to access the garden. The garden is a decent size and gets sun throughout the day.
