I am sometimes at the property with my two kids (5 and 6). We do not stay at the house every night, so the lodger will often have sole use of the property. However, there will also be some nights when myself and the kids are staying at the house.

For this reason, I am looking for a female lodger only who is comfortable sharing a home where two children are occasionally present.
