We would like to rent a room OUT DURING University calendar times . S1 Bus stop is a walking distance away. We are very generous on sharing transportation if needed . As the both our children are away at University. Myself and husband would be sharing the rest of the facility in the house. Except the bathroom which is only used by the children when UNI is closed. ON weekends my son would travel back for work. Mostly he would be working and spending few hours at home

All bills will be included. There will be Shared cleaning in common rooms to keep the house clean and neat
