A clean, spacious, furnished room with double bed and built-in wardrobes. Renting out for one person occupancy. My apartment is situated on south side of Woking town centre. 5 mins walk from town centre, McLaren bus stop/Woking rail station & Leisure centre.

Shared use of living room, kitchen, bathroom, separate WC/toilet with the living-in owner, myself a retired pensioner. Looking to start with a short-term lodger in view of long-term contract arrangement by mutual agreement if we are a good fit.

Guidelines/expectations from the tenant:

Strictly non-smoker professional,
No overnight guests, friend’s gatherings or loud entertainment please. Office or commuting to work (not Working from home) matured working male may be preferred. Reference from HR/employer may be requested via email.
