1. Shared spaces
Everyone cleans up after themselves. Dishes, surfaces, and workspaces are reset after use.

You’ll have main use of one bathroom. It should be kept clean, well ventilated, and mould-free.

Your private space to use as you wish, with basic upkeep: cleanliness, regular ventilation, hoovering, and dusting.

4. Guests
This isn’t a house set up for couples. Partners are welcome for occasional overnight stays (around one weekend in three). I’ll also let you know when I’m away, when a friend or partner staying is fine.
