A gorgeous self-contained suite of three rooms in our lovely Georgian house, near Woking, Camberley and local village amenities, but also surrounded by woodland, heathland with walks, cycling, running tracks etc. House is on quiet lane but walkable to amenities, inc buses, three pubs, two groceries and a cafe.

The suite consist of a spacious double bedroom, an en-suite bathroom and a small living room with mini kitchen. Only shared facility is the laundry room (next door to flatlet) with a 12kilo tub washer/dryer. and space for air drying.

There is a large garden and a huge double garage which can be included (half or whole of it by separate negotiation). Plenty of driveway parking for multiple cars.

We are happy to negotiate for part use, ie no weekends, or term time only etc.
