One spare room is available - located at Westfield Avenue, Woking. The house has been newly renovated to have a second floor, giving the entire property a modern look.

The first floor of the house is dedicated to my family (5 membered household) while the ground floor bedrooms are available for tenants to rent. The ground floor contains two double rooms, a single en-suite room, shared bathroom with shower, a living room and a kitchen. The ground floor bathroom is shared between the tenants that occupy the double rooms, while the communal kitchen is used by everyone that lives in the property. This means, the maximum number of people that share the ground floor bathroom is two.

This house currently has two professional tenants, one occupies the en-suite room while the other occupies one of the double rooms. All of the individuals at this property except for my parents can speak English. Ideally we are looking for a tenant that can speak either English or Mandarin.

The house is located on a quiet and safe street with several convenience stores located nearby (CO-OP 5 minutes away), including a bus stop to Guildford. The property is also a 20-25 minute walk from Woking town and the train station. The Woking leisure centre and park is also 10-15 minutes away by foot. Other notable establishments such as a David Lloyd gym and the Woking Football Club Stadium are also a walking distance away.
