A large double bedroom is available to rent immediately - located at Westfield Avenue, Woking. The house has been newly renovated to have a second floor, giving the entire property a modern look.

The first floor of the house is dedicated to my family (5 membered household), while the ground floor bedrooms are available for tenants to rent. The ground floor contains two double rooms, a single en-suite room, shared bathroom with shower, a living room and a kitchen. The ground floor bathroom is shared between the tenants that occupy the double rooms, while the communal kitchen is used by everyone that lives in the property. The house also has a large garden that has plenty of room for you to hang your laundry outside to naturally air-dry.

The advertised room contains a spacious double bed, a large cabinet, wardrobe, night stand and a desk. All of the individuals at this property can speak English except for my parents. So, ideally we are looking for a tenant that can speak either English or Mandarin proficiently.

The house is located on a quiet and safe street with several convenience stores located nearby (CO-OP 5 minutes away), including a bus stop to Guildford (25 min bus ride that comes every 20 min). Notably, the house has been fitted with fire escape windows in addition to security cameras for both the front and back of the property.

The property is roughly a 20-25 minute walk from the Woking town centre and train station. The Woking leisure centre and park is 10-15 minutes away by foot. Other notable establishments such as a David Lloyd gym and the Woking Football Club Stadium are also a walking distance away.
