We have a double room available in a shared house. This is a large chalet bungalow in a very quiet setting. It is advisable to have a car or bicycle or the bus stop is 5 minutes walk and the house is 30 minutes walk into Wokingham.
The house has a good sized kitchen and very large shared living room, 2 bathrooms and a large garden with outdoor seating to enjoy the quiet.
The house has been refurbished in the last year although we are currently redoing the drive and fence line.
The rent includes bills.
The current housemates all work and are very pleasant. The landlord lives next door
