I recently bought this 3-bedroom house in Wokingham. It’s in a lovely location, walking distance from the town centre and station giving an easy commute to Reading or London.

I have a spare bedroom available and I’m open to renting this out to a considerate, kind, clean flatmate looking for a place in the area.

The room has a double bed and can also be furnished with a bedside table and dresser.

There is one bathroom which is great condition and very modern. The house is very spacious with a large living room, dining room, kitchen and utility room. It also has a furnished upstairs office room for working from home.

All utilities are available - washing machine, dryer, dishwasher etc.

For people into arts and crafts and design, there is also a summer house building at the end of the garden which could be a home studio.

No couples please as the house is most balanced with just one other person.

I’m a British professional in my 30s who works in energy investment in London and commutes about 3 days per week - so you’d have the place to yourself a lot.

I enjoy being active - gym, running, cycling etc and I’m into art and fashion.
