I have the whole second floor of my three storey property available.

You will have exclusive access to the double room, bathroom and single room the second floor. As well as access to the kitchen and living room.

The rooms are unfurnished. However a bed, mattress and wardrobe can be included for a small charge of 250 pounds.

I live in the property. All bills are included. The property also has Virgin Media wifi available.

Priestfield metro station is a of couple minutes walk away, meaning travel into Birmingham city centre is 30 minutes door to door and 10 minutes to Wolverhampton city centre.

Price for couple is £900 per month, inclusive of bills

Tennat requirements:

- I am a vegan and would require you to be vegan / vegetarian
