A large double ground floor room with own bathroom, in a spacious house, offered to a professional or student female or a single mother and a child age 4+. The house is a large 4 bed, 2 bath and is shared with 2 adults and an 8 year old. Shared large open-plan kitchen, living, dining, deck and large garden. My daughter also lives with me and works from home 3 day per week. There is a primary school 2 minutes away which my son attends. Bus stop 2 minutes away which takes you into the city centre.
