A large double ground floor room (currently with a single bed used by a international student but can hold a double bed) in a spacious house that is suitable for a professional male/female or a single mother and a child age 4+. I have an 8 year-old son and there is a large garden to be enjoyed. Shared large open-plan kitchen, living, dining, and your own ground floor bathroom. My daughter also lives with me and works from home 3 day per week. There is a primary school 2 minutes away which my son attends. Bus stop 2 minutes away which takes you into the city centre.
