One room in our 4-bedroom flat, located a 5-minute walk from Turnpike Lane Station, is ready to move into as of March 6th. Our longtime roommate is moving out of London for work, so we are looking for a new one.

The room rent is £780 per month including utility bills, with a £450 deposit for one person.

The room is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, drawers, desk, chair, and rug.

The new tenant is expected to be clean, respectful, and tidy. They will also be responsible for cleaning the common areas once a month.

Currently, 3 men and 1 woman live in the apartment; everyone works. DSS or Universal Credit are not accepted.

Due to the departure of a male, priority will be given to female tenants to maintain a male-female balance. The new tenant can be a student or an employee.

The kitchen, bathroom, and toilet are shared areas.

The location is extremely advantageous.

The Piccadilly Line, a 24/7 bus service, is within a 10-minute walk of shopping and amenities such as Wood Green Mall, PureGym, Tesco, Lidl, and Sainsbury’s.

The minimum rental period for the room is 6 months. A contract will be drawn up after this period.
