I recently moved in and am looking for a fellow vegetarian girlie to join me in this lovely apartment.

🏢 ABOUT THE APARTMENT
2 bed / 2 bath
Modern, newly built in 2024. The tenants I've taken over from were the original/first tenants! It's modern and clean, and aesthetically pleasing.

Big double room with built in wardrobe! (2x rails and lots of shelves) and you'd have your own (big) bathroom!

Currently unfurnished - fresh canvas to make it how you like! (If you need furnishing I could try to sort)

Spacious living area + balcony. Washing Machine in utility closet. Air filtration in the building! Great views from the 6th floor. (Lift access)

£1250 monthly rent.
(I'm new to the property but was told bills max £200 per person each month - not sure on council tax band myself though)

🔍 WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR IN A FLATMATE
My preferences/priority criteria in my search for a flatmate.

💚 Vegetarian or Vegan
I'm vegetarian, dairy-free, and gluten-free. If you're flexitarian/pescatarian I would consider it as long as you don't cook or eat animal flesh inside the flat.

💼 Ideally Working Professional with some days in the office. (I'm in 2-3 days per week). Some WFH is fine, but not fully remote pls. I find it keeps a balanced dynamic and more equal share of bills/home alone time.

💖 Kind, Reasonable & Accountable

💅🧚‍♀️ Open-minded, Inclusive sex-positive, LGBTQ+ ally. Safe space for neurodiversity. That's the vibe. Welcoming and accepting.

🧼 Clean.
Taking care of our fair share as default - so it's easy going: no hassles or having to mention it (because no one wants to bring it up or be the only one doing the cleaning right?). Sure sometimes we get busy, but it should be the norm not the exception.

I acknowledge I've always ended up being the more clean flatmate (I find tiktok videos satisfying and inspiring lol), and I'm totally fine with that buuut yeah, I appreciate a certain standard of living and equal dynamic/appreciation of that would be fab, so we can get on with things being chill and social.

I spent the last 2 years with a great flatmate and enjoyed that feeling of home being about the person you live with as much as the building, being friends/friendly makes a huge difference, and would love to find/create that again.

Think: relaxed atmosphere, someone to chit chat with (from date debriefs to workday wind-downs), occasional meals together, movie nights, shared friend dinner parties/hosting board game nights... a pseudo sister kinda flatmate where we look out for each other and care about wellbeing.

If you're a mix of silly goose, sophisticated, demure young lady, and professional girlie, we'll likely be a great fit. 😂

MORE INFO ABOUT ME:
I work in marketing at a wellbeing/functional fragrance brand. There will be bath and body freebies to share and can also share my staff discount with you. So no doubt the flat will smell lush with essential oil diffusers and the like.

I speak fluent French and intermediate Spanish. I love yoga and keeping active. I love all sorts of music from jazz and classical, to pop-girly and electronic. I love salsa and swing dancing. I am a little bit addicted to thrifting. I like to read and you'd be welcome to borrow from my collection!

I'm 32, from Australia. I have no family here, so while I have plenty of friends, having a certain homeyness is important to me! After a lovely flatsharing experience has added so much to my life, I've opted for this because I want to have a flatmate to enjoy living with, rather than living on my own.
