We are looking for a quiet but reasonably sociable housemate who also respects other peoples privacy. Sometimes in the house summertime we may have a BBQ in the garden or a drink together on the weekends from time to time.

There is a cleaner that takes care of the communal areas of the house that comes weekly (this is paid £36 monthly)
