Hi,
We are renting a double room with queen size bed in a quiet house, close to a few local parks and shops, and Picadilly Line a 10 min walk.
There are 3 males and 2 female currently living here, and looking for another female to keep the balance. We also share the house and garden with my 2 lovely cats Bella and Max. We are all very chilled and respectful and keep the place tidy.
Large kitchen and garden toilet on each floor and one bathroom.
The rent is £180/week, all bills included, except cleaning and maintanace which is another £30 per month. Rent + cleaning are paid every 4 weeks in advance.. We also ask for a deposit of £500 and one month notice before moving out and a minumum stay of 12 months.
