A cosy double room on the top floor is available in a lovely 3-bedroom flat with a double bed, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and an old desk. Ideal for someone with not much stuff.

BIGGER ROOM
A bright and spacious double room on the second floor is available in a lovely 3-bedroom flat with a double bed, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, a desk, an armchair and a floor big mirror.

THE FLAT
The flat spreads over three floors. The ground floor is only the entrance to the first floor, which has a bright living room, a cosy well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and a bathroom (which you will be sharing with another lodger).

Laminated wooden floors throughout the flat, but the stairs. Minimally decorated with plants throughout the kitchen, corridor and living room.

LOCATION

It's a seven-minute walk to Wood Green Station (Piccadilly Line), a ten-minute walk to 
Alexandra Palace train station ( National Rail), and many buses. 



Located close to all the amenities Wood Green area offers: supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, many high street shops, and a public library. With the plus of a nice little walk or bus ride away from the ever-so-charming Muswell Hill. Besides, a great jazz venue offers shows twice a week five minutes walk from the flat.
