This large Victorian house is 8 minutes away from Wood Green Tube station (Piccadilly line, 15 min tube journey to central London) and Bowes Park (overground station) and right outside is a lovely little park.
There are also great Bus routes, with one bus taking you straight to London Bridge.
For drivers it is also very close to the North Circular with easy access to the M1.
Lots of on street parking that is free at the weekends. (A permit is required between 11am-1pm on weekdays)
The area is packed with shops and cafe’s with Middleton Road and its market round the corner and big supermarkets like Tesco, Sainsbury's, Morrisons and Lidl - there is also Wood Green Shopping Mall with lots of shops and Vue Cinema, a short walk from Alexandra Palace also not far from Crouch End/Muswell Hill (and much more).
