Hi! We are a friendly and welcoming family looking for a female lodger.
I have two daughters aged 15 and 20 (at uni) and two cats. We're all quite independent and do our own thing but also enjoy spending time together.
I am a freelance violinist and music teacher and also a qualified pilates teacher.

We are looking for a friendly professional or student to join our household.

We are offering a large double room with its own bathroom, it's not an ensuite but is next door along the hallway.

All bills are included in the rent except council tax - £123 per month. Full time students are exempt from council tax.
