We have a large and quiet double room with a king size bed, 2 wardrobes, under bed storage and bay windows, available in a large garden house in a quiet neighbourhood.

The house share consists of chilled and friendly couple. Both fun, as well as equally sociable and respectful of people space.

In the other room is another friendly, super easy and quiet teacher, who is French.

Everyone in the house is tidy and clean, and there is a cleaner coming once a week. We are looking for someone respectful, sociable and friendly. Who will welcome the littles chats in the shared spaces and even the occasional meal but respect each others spaces.

More about the house:
The living space is really big with both a lounge and a dining area. The kitchen was completely refurbished 3 years ago and is great for those who like to cook and bake!

The house has 3 bathrooms - one for every room so no sharing there- and a good size south west facing garden, which will need to be maintain so we can keep using it. Bikes can be safely  stored in the back garden .There is a lot of natural light coming through the house.

We are on a residential street, about 10min walk from Wood Green station, and 1min walk from the bus stop where a bus can take you to/from the station in 3-4min. The W3 also goes to Ally Pally in 10min, or Crouch End in 15-20min. You can also take the 243 to Stoke Newington, 20-30min ride depending on time of day. Wood Green has a lot of (cheap!) shops and restaurants including a large Morrissons supermarket, 2 cinemas, a Five Guys/Nando's, tasty kebabs...etc.
