Hi,
We now have one more room available to rent in our shared 6 bedroom house with garden. The room is facing the more quiet back garden, rent is £180/week all bills included. Rent is paid every 4 weeks (£720) + £30 for cleaning, products and maintanance of the house. We also ask for a refundable £500 deposit.
Unfortunately we do not accept jobseekers or those receiving benefits.
Good transport connections with plenty of buses and Picadilly Line 10 min walking distance with shops and some lovely parks nearby. All housemates are kind, respectful and tiddy professionals. We are looking for anoyher female to keep the energetic balance in the house.
We ask you to mindful, tiddy, respectful, punctual with the rent and hopefully no cat allergies. We have 2 very chilled cats living with us. Message me on whatssapp for any questions and to arrange a viewing.
