This is an airy, furnished room, a 7 minute walk from Turnpike lane underground station, which is on the picadilly line and serviced by the night tube on Friday and Saturday.

It is a large house, with 3 shared bathrooms and 2 showers between 5 people. There is a lovely shared living room and kitchen, with a television and dishes already in there from other tenants (that you’re welcome to use!). There is also a large and well kept garden for hanging washing and socialising.

We keep the house clean. Everyone picks up and cleans up after themselves, and we do large deep clean of the house every two weeks on a rota basis.

All bills are shared, and come to ~£90/100 a month. This includes fast wifi, water, gas & elec, council tax.

We are very social, but all professional so respectful with noise and inviting people over. People will often chat about their day in the kitchen, and maybe head off to the pub. On weekends we often do activities as a house.

Looking for someone that can slot right in and take over my room. The house will want to meet you, so come over to see the room and have a chit chat!
