I have a double bedroom available for rent in my flat in the lovely peaceful area of Bowes Park.

We’re lucky enough to be a 2 min walk from lots of buses, to Wood Green or Muswell Hill, 10 min walk to Bowes Park overground station and 12 min walk to Bounds Green Piccadilly Line station.

You’ll mainly be sharing the flat with me (Jess) and my dog (Alba). My partner, Rob also lives here but he is a Sound Engineer, and will be away a lot of the time of this tenancy.

Hoping to find a nice, friendly, professional (dog loving) female to share my space with!

Happy to change out some of the furniture in the bedroom to suit your needs or accommodate you’re own furniture.

I work in Events which means I do also work a lot of evenings and weekends and when I’m not working I am often out catching up with friends or taking trips, so you will quite often have the whole flat to enjoy for yourself.

Please note, this rental is on a short term basis, up to 6 months maximum. There will be periods of time where you will have the whole flat to yourself!

All bills included. References from existing/previous landlords will be required.
