We're less than 10 mins from Turnpike Lane station and close to Wood Green High Street / Green Lanes, so plenty of places for shopping, great food options and transport links, 2 cinemas etc.

The double room is a great size, with plenty of storage, wooden floors and high ceilings. It comes furnished with a double bed and 2x chests of drawers. The window looks out onto the patio, garden and our own garden office! The office is fully insulated and comes complete with internet, electricity, double glazed windows and locks. It's great for those WFH days!!

The rest of the house has wooden floors, individual central heating and high ceilings throughout. You'll share:
• A great kitchen with gas cooker, loads of nice workspace, storage space and all the other kit: plenty of pots, pans, cutlery, crockery etc.
• A good size bathroom with a bath tub, and toilet in a separate room

• A large garden with shed, patio and lighting - a really nice place to sit out on a summer day, evening or night!

We're well connected here, with the Piccadilly Line (Night tube!) from Turnpike Lane station - just 12 mins from King's Cross, or 4 mins from Finsbury Park with an easy switch to the Victoria Line or National Rail. There's also loads of bus routes close by including N29, N41 and N91 night buses from Central London, as well as the 141 to London Bridge, 67 to Aldgate and 29 to Camden.

Well-behaved and house trained dogs that don't shed are welcome. Sadly, no dogs that shed or cats of any kind allowed, due to allergies.

I'm a tutor that sometimes tutors from home in the evening, sometimes i'm out tutoring at my client's place. Am often out at the nearby climbing centre during the day, or in my room, or trying to stay on top of the gardening in the summer, but am happy to pop my head out and get involved if there's any conversation or fun to be had :-) My last lodger is moving in with her boyfriend but she's around and would be happy to chat about what it's like to live here!
