I have a lovely double room available (with a bay window!!) in North London from the 8th July onwards. It’s a homely 2 bedroom flat (upstairs of a terraced house) with a lovely kitchen, massive lounge, and a bathroom.

5min walk to Turnpike Lane Underground (Piccadilly line 15mins to Central)

Super close to Lidl, Sainsburys and Tesco Express.

£850 per month + bills/council tax (approx £100-150 per month)

You’d be moving in with my flatmate Sharifa (24) who works in film & tv, is super friendly, and VERY tidy.

We are ideally looking for a female, non-smoker who is ready to move in early July and is able to pass our estate agents references.

The current contract we have is until 14th October however the Estate Agent is more than happy to extend and Sharifa wants to stay on.
