£180/week, ALL bills included. This can be negotiated depending on your rental length, Christmas/ Summer Break, rent payment method etc.
I (female) am looking specifically for a *female* university student to rent this room, ideally from Aug 2024 to June 2025 (open to discussion and may renew for 2025-2026/ 2026-2027).
I also consider a working female if you are fine with my sublet arrangement.
You may store your belongings here without paying rent in Dec/Jan (Christmas Break), July and August (Summer Break) and return to this room. We can discuss further.
Leave me your whatsapp number for video and/or in person viewing!
A room with lock, 5-min from Turnpike Lane underground, 17 mins to Holborn! Ideal for students studying nearby (LSE, Queen Mary, King’s etc).
I (female) study at Bristol (postgrad doc) myself so only need the room for the summer (June to July/Aug). My previous sublet tenant was a Master's students at LSE and has now graduated :D I will store some of my personal items in the room, but you will have more than enough space for two big luggage, clothes and books!
**This is not for someone who wishes to use this address to get settled status, benefits, claim asylum or smth along those lines. The landlord is not comfortable with that, I’m sorry.**
*Sublet Details*
£180/week, ALL bills included. £200 deposit. For a fully furnished room (read below). You may store your belongings here without paying rent in July and August (I will use the room) and return to this room for the next academic year.
You will be paying the rent in cash, and I will ask you pay the rent every three months. Deposit can be paid via bank transfer. We can discuss this.
Note that this is a sublet, an informal arrangement. I did get the landlady’s permission to do so. My previous sublet tenant and I followed the arrangement and we've had no issues. She is only moving out to return to her home country after graduation.
