Hello everybody!

We are looking for a new flatmate as one of our friends is moving out!
We are looking for someone to use the livingroom that you can see in the pictures as your own room! (It will come mostly unfurnished, but we can discuss this. We will remove the sofa before your start day)
We will use the room he was staying in as a storage/drying clothes/guest room.
The room is very spacious, with 2 big windows for a lot of light.
Some of the furniture in the hall will be taken by him, so we will also have space there to put shoes/coats.
The house has a big kitchen with all the appliances, and you will be sharing the bathroom with just me (Alex), as Marta has her own toilet upstairs.
As for us, we are 2 professional Teachers on our 30s. We like to be quiet at home, but also have a chat when we are in the kitchen! We have been friends for more than 7 years, and we are looking for someone who shares our interests!
