We have a lovely, newly renovated home in Woodford Green. We have two large single rooms with an individual shower room. The house also has its own self contained flat with an en-suite double bedroom, front access and its own kitchen. We also have a garden with a patio and an office/gym/man shed at the end of the garden.

- 15 minute walk from South Woodford station and main high street - Gants Hill station is a 10 minute bus ride on the 179/123.
- Travel time to Liverpool Street approximately 30 minutes.
- 5 minute walk to 24 hr Tesco

~Home Details~
The house is open-plan on the ground floor, connecting the living area with a modern kitchen. We usually congregate in the evenings when free to chat or watch random TV shows on Netflix.

The kitchen has a centre island, new appliances, an American fridge/freezer and a few gizmos to help with the masterchef training, if you love your cooking. We're all a bunch of foodies so be warned, diet always starts tomorrow! We are all veggie in the main house but flexible in the self contained annex as it has its own kitchen.

There are two large single spare rooms on the first floor with a walk in shower, WC and sink between that is shared between the two housemates on the 1st floor.

We also have a separate double en-suite bedroom with a kitchen as a self contained annex but also has its own access adjoining the main house. There's a door entrance for the room at the front of the property and access to the main utility room and W/C.

The upper floor is occupied by us, we do have two daughters with their own rooms that are really busy studying and get on very well with our housemates.

~About Us~
We are both working professionals and have been housesharing for around 15 years now and really enjoy the company and friendships we have made over the years. We are easy-going, appreciate a tidy house and like our housemates to feel like it's their home as well.

Enjoy cooking, fairly into fitness and appreciate some of the green spaces near us. There's also a large shed/office/gym at the back which I generally use as an office and gym and open to anyone interested in using the equipment.
