Hi! ​I'm looking for a friendly, veggie/vegan female to live with me. This 2 bathroom house has a lush south-facing garden, sunny kitchen-diner, and a double lounge, which all make lovely hang-out spots.

Quiet street with nice neighbours and free parking. 4 mins drive to Epping forest. 1 min walk to corner store.

I'm tidy, clean and considerate (not anal about it), and am looking for someone similar. I love deep conversations and inane conversations, but also value downtime. I'm respectful of people's things and their space. I'm straight, but gay-friendly.

The room has a double bed, a wardrobe, and large open shelves with baskets to put your things in. Make the place your own by putting up art and having people visit or stay occasionally. You could put a desk at the back of the double lounge if you like.
