I have a room available in my two-bed flat in Woodford as my current roommate is moving back to Sweden. :(

The flat is a sun-soaked, south-facing, top-floor space above a shop with high ceilings and lots of natural light, ideal for someone who doesn't mind the space turning into a greenhouse in the summer. 🫠

I’m a self-employed artist working mainly from home, so you’ll see canvases, materials, and ongoing projects throughout the flat. Thus, this flat is best suited to someone who is comfortable sharing a home with an ongoing creative practice which includes recording music, (disclaimer: I've got some sound-insulating panels up right now as I'm recording from home, but they're coming down in the next few weeks!!), DJing and other artistic work, at times at slightly unconventional hours. Granted, I'm not super loud at night or early mornings, but I thought it would be good to note; the environment otherwise is pretty calm.

I’m quite chilled, but I frequently work in the living room, so it would likely suit someone who is also creative, or at least compatible with that energy esp. if you're working remote/hybrid :)

- 10 minute walk from South Woodford station (Central Line), bus stop right outside (ideal <3)
- Tesco Express literally across the road (lifesaver!!)
