Hello everyone,

The second bedroom will become available on the 20th of August as the previous tenant has finished his studies. The room will be avaiable for a viewing on the 17th as my flatmate is overseas for vacation.

The flat has 2 bedrooms and a living room (effectively 3 rooms), is 10 minutes walking distance to Woodford Green tube station (Central line). Sainsburys, new pending Asda, several local supermarkets are nearby.

Price is £690 month (bills excluded). Share of bills is approximately £25 in summer, £40 in winter. We can also agree on a fixed payment.

The area is peaceful (postcode: IG8), it's 5 stops to Stratford from Woodford Green station via the central line. There is a big park with tennis courts nearby.

If you have a car, parking is available off-street.

I am a quiet person, give space to my flatmates, and i enjoy some banter from time to time. I go to bed around 10-11 pm and ideally looking for someone who has a similar rhythm.
