Hi! My name is Oliver and I am renting out a room in my house :) I am looking for someone to match my energy of chill, but tidy and respectful of the house and eachother. I am 31 and work in Tech, and love to go gym, hike in nature, go swimming (theres a lake nearby!), do road trips, photography and am trying to get into gardening (big plus if you have a green-thumb yourself)! I go away a fair amount on trips and will be away lots of evenings and weekends so the house is yours for large chunks. The house would be rented on a lodger situation which gives flexibility to both parties as you dont have to be locked in to contracts and also dont need a deposit :) I have put a photo of myself in the ad
