Great double room available in a beautiful cottage styled house with a garden. Huge bathroom and kitchen. Nearest tube: Chigwell or Woodford (30 mins into Oxford Circus on the Central line). Stratford is only a few minutes away on the Central line so this is ideal for someone who works in Stratford but wants to live in a much more beautiful and exclusive location (Chigwell has been described by Charles Dickens as "the greatest place on earth" and is very posh and scenic with many celebrities living here including Sir Alan Sugar, Jermaine Dafoe, Dave Gahan, Ashley Cole just to name a few).
The double room is £ 145 a week including bills (subject to fair usage). The property has a gorgeous view overlooking magnificent fields of a beautiful convent. Pls be advised the rate will differ if it is short-term (short term is defined as less than three months in this case) or work from home. Pets could potentially incur a higher rate (no dogs permitted though). Couples 100 extra/week.
The area is very quiet, safe and picturesque with the Chigwell golf club and convent nearby. You can benefit from many local amenities including superb restaurants, supermarkets, beauty salons, pubs, bars, local parks and leisure centers, all within close walking distance from the property.
The house is spacious with lots of storage. Free on-street parking.
