This is a family home so you would be sharing with myself, my partner and my children (girls aged 23 years & 13 years)

We are a relaxed, clean and tidy close family with no pets.

We are looking for a friendly, full time professional/students/PostGrads who in return is also tidy and clean and who is looking for a quiet home, a bright room in a safe environment and who wants their own privacy (no working from home pls) and someone who can relate, understands and respect our family's space and environment and the same in return.

Room available from June 2024. Single female preferred and rate is £825 inclusive with a 5 weeks deposit required. Employers and Landlord References , proof of income and Right to Rent documents will be required.

Short-Lets & Monday to Friday can be considered - Rate TBC

One months termination notice (both side) required.
