Bright, sunny, beautifully furnished room with lots of storage (inc in the bed) available for a young employed professional.
Looking for someone friendly and clean who loves cats. Mine is a rescue called Bruiser.
It’s a lovely, well kept Victorian home with all mod cons, in a lovely quiet road. It has an authentic French bakery, newsagents, corner shop, and is quite close to Malvern Link train station and only 5 mins drive / 20 minutes walk to Great Malvern. Only 5 mins walk to some footpaths through the orchards and 10 mins walk to the start of the hills trails, which I love.
There’s a living/dining room with log fire leading to the kitchen and I have my own private living room at the front of the house.
It’s a quiet, relaxed place where you can feel at home. I own the house and work from home a few days a week.
My other lodger Betty age 26 is lovely, creative and loves baking. My previous lodger Alice loved it here so much she stayed for 4 years so hopefully that’s a good sign!
Malvern is such a friendly place with lots going on, happy to tell you more if you don’t know the area.
I’m looking for the right person who I feel will be a good fit with us and bring positive energy to the household.
