This en suite double room is available in a modern two-bedroom flat in Diglis, Worcester. It has allocated parking, a balcony, and a shared (and furnished) living room and kitchen. The en suite itself is unfurnished, so you’d need to bring your own bed and bedroom furniture.

The balcony and en suite look out over the Oil Basin and has views of the Malverns in the background. The flat is a 20 minute walk into the city centre and 5 minutes away from pleasant walks either side of the river south of Diglis.

I’m a working professional and ideally looking for another professional or postgraduate student. I'm happy to live with someone sociable, or someone who keeps themselves to themselves, as long as they’re tidy and considerate.

I’d say I’m pretty easy to live with, and the flat would of course be as much yours as it is mine. You’d be completely welcome to have friends or partners over, and the futon and size of the Lounge makes hosting pretty easy too.

Any new tenant would be subject to the letting agent’s referencing before joining the tenancy.

The Council tax is £120 per month (per person), while the share of the bills would be approximately £60 per month. There are no additional service charges.
