2 shops and post office in village. 2 pubs, including chip shop.

House is on edge of countryside. 10 minute walk down lanes to Droitwich Canal.
Previously rented rooms to UK, Portuguese, Polish, French, Dutch, Hungarian and Czech.
Students and non students.

To keep bills and rental low and be eco friendly thermostat is on 18c in winter. Wood burner on in evenings.
