I am looking for a professional and sociable female to share my home, someone who likes a home to be clean and tidy.

We are very close to the bus routes which are just outside the property, the train is just 5 mins walk away it takes you to Wrexham or Liverpool, 20 mins walk to the university or 5 mins in the car. 5 mins to maelor hospital, 5 mins walk to Lidl, 10 misn walk to Iceland and Home Bargains. It is very close to the dual carriageway to Chester, and not far to wrexham industrial estate.

Optical Fibre Internet and all bills. are included. There is a shared living room but I also have my own living space in the house plus my own bathroom.

Accessible to everywhere., even train is 5 minutes walk from Gwersyllt direct to Liverpool.
