Double room available, shared house, bathroom would be used by only 2 people as my son and I have en suites. Room can be furnished if required but is currently empty apart from a built in triple wardrobe. House comprises of two lounges and a gym. Large kitchen and uitility room. Large garden leading to a stream beyond. Off road parking. All bills included, no hidden extras! Would require reference and a pre meet to ensure compatibility. Pets include a giant rabbit which doesn't leave my sons room! Four chickens and a veritable menagerie of visiting wildlife! We're all dead easy going so any and all applications considered on their merit!
For info I'm a social worker, my son works for home care and the other lodger is a factory worker. We're 64, 61 and 28 years old.
