Spacious double room available from 2nd March. Double bed, 2 bedside tables, chest of drawers & clothes rail. £600/pcm
Preferably professionals or post reg students.
The property is a 1970s 4 bed detached house in a quiet corner of a cul-de-sac in upper St Asaph. It has a large kitchen, utility room, seperate dining room, lounge with large garden & parking.
I have good/friendly neighbours.
The house is situated an approx. 3 minute drive to the A55 with Ysbyty Glan Clwyd within a 15 minute drive and Chester and Bangor 40 minutes away.
Public Transport easily accessible.
A little about me...I'm 42, employed full time as a nurse.
I enjoy socialising with family & friends, travelling & holidays and spending time with my dog.
I offer the room out for £600 per
calendar month (paid in advance to a nominated bank account). This covers all bills.
I also ask for £200 deposit to cover furniture within the house which would be returned at the end of the agreement (subject to satisfactory inspection). I also like to have details of 2 referees (prev. Landlord & employer) and for the lodger to sign a contract.
I'm very laid back and do not impose any strict rules but expect anyone staying with me to respect my home (and neighbours) and share the cleaning of all personal & communal areas.
*Applicant MUST LIKE DOGS. I have a 1 year old Golden Retriever. Very friendly.
If interested in viewing, please contact me and we can arrange a convenient time to meet.
Thanks for looking.
