I have a large double room for short term rent in my house. The room is furnished with a king sized bed, wardrobe, dressing table and chest of drawers . The room has a Virgin Media TiVo box ( you'll need to bring your own TV). The house has a large fully equipped kitchen and a utility room, complete with washing machine and ironing facilities. The shared bathroom is newly fitted and is located on the ground floor. There is ample parking on the driveway and space in the garage for a bike. The house is located on Writtle Road, around a mile from the town centre and train station. There are several bus routes passing close to the house and two supermarkets within walking distance.

The house would suit someone who is easy going and naturally clean and tidy. I have a very friendly, but rather boisterous dog and a cat so someone who is happy to be around animals is essential.

I would also consider a Monday - Friday rental at a reduced rate.
