🏠 The house 🏠

Huge garden complete with aerial rig (which is generally up from late spring to early Autumn) and stunning sunsets.

Large kitchen with dining room table

Large living room with a 6 man reclining sofa and its own little training and yoga space.

- North Bristol / Yate area. Close to yate train station, m4 , m5 and Yate 10 min drive and closest for big shops: Waitrose, Aldi, Tescos etc . Would maybe suit a driver more because of location but would also suit someone that’s on it with cycling and trains (train station is a 10 min cycle).

Private parking space in a locked compound for drivers which makes insurance nice and cheap 😉

-Gorgeous rural location. Lots of beautiful local walks , very close to the frome walkway.

- Top room £525 + bills - available for a single full time professional or a couple.

This room has skylights , attic storage space along the sides, lots of light, gorgeous wooden beams, spacious en-suite bathroom with shower and its own hallway with more storage space

Bills vary with season but roughly £150 month for heating, electricity, water, council tax band B and high speed internet.

We do have another small room available (£330) would be open to letting both to a couple or someone who needs an office or look at splitting this as an additional space as a house or just keeping it ourselves an extra space so completely open to discussing how we use this room to suit different living situations.

A little bit about us and our ideal housemate:

- Sheena is a 1/12 year German Shepherd Husky mix puppy so can be noisy when excited but is generally very well trained for her age and chill. You’d need to be happy to live with a big floofball and aware of what it means to have a dog in the house.

Jess and Roo, we both work events (mainly in the circus industry),Roo also works as a rope access technician. We have fairly busy schedules that mean we’re out a lot so when we are home we do like to relax or are busy prepping for the next event so as much we do love to hang out and share meals quite often our schedules are often irregular and we love coming back to a chill home.

The house is kept respectfully clean but it’s a lived in home with busy schedules and we don’t sweat the small stuff.

-Chilled home not a party house (apart from potentially on special occasions : Christmas and Birthdays)

- Smoke free in the house but ok in the garden, 420 and queer friendly
