Looking to rent the second bedroom in my home. I am a friendly 37 year old nurse who works locally. I have a small dog so potential sharers must be happy sharing with him! He is very friendly and does not bark a lot (unless wound up by cats!).
The room is a lovely sunlit small double and comes furnished. It has now been carpeted but I can’t take pictures to show this presently as I have a tenant in situ. The bed is an ikea pull out bed that can either be used as a single or extends to a double (which is closer to a king size!). There is also a large chest of drawers, a shelving unit and desk. Duvet and pillows as well as bedding are provided if needed.
The house comes with a large bathroom with bath and shower, and a garden with courtyard area. There is no off street parking but street parking nearby.
The price includes all bills - council tax, electricity and gas, water, TV, Netflix and Broadband. I also provide all shared house items such as toilet roll, washing up liquid and cleaning supplies.
About me - I enjoy fitness, socialising and beach walks (and the occasional beer!). I am easy going and spend a lot of my time out of the house seeing friends/gym/visiting family when I am not at work.
I am looking for someone to share my home, who is considerate and easy going and likes dogs!
I work in the NHS so fellow shift workers/NHS employees are preferred, particularly suited to those on temporary placements in the area!
The house is 5 minutes from Pen Mill Train station and around a 15 minute walk to the main hospital.
Please get in touch if you would like to arrange to meet and see the room.
Thankyou.
