I currently live in a detached house but it’s getting expensive just myself and am looking for a roommate for the other furnished bedroom. The third is a room I’m using for more closet space and I’m happy to share that as well. There is a bathroom/tub next to the room for your own use as well as access to a study, parking, full kitchen, living room, terraced courtyard, and washer/dryer. Fully furnished house but bills/wifi would be shared.
Sharing with myself, a 41 year old doctoral student and my small beagle dog. I’m pretty quiet during the week but enjoy socialising with friends! Not sure if landlord would allow two pets but happy to reach out if you have one, my dog gets along well with other dogs and possibly cats.
