Shared bathroom has bath and shower. Toilet upstairs and downstairs.
Lovely rear garden.

I live in a lovely rural village between York and selby. A very easy commute to both.
2 minute walk to the bus stop for buses into York and selby. I have a cleaner once a week and a gardener once a month. Very happy for you to fettle in the garden if that’s your thing.
Happy for you to socialise or not, eat together or not, I’m very easy going as long as you clean up after yourself 😊

I have a dog and 2 cats.
My dog lives downstairs and can be confined to the lounge whilst you use the kitchen/dining room if required. The cats are a law unto themselves!
They are friendly once you are introduced.
It would be nice if you can let the dog out into the garden/feed the pets if you’re home and I’m away once you’re comfortable, but my mum can come and stay instead if you’re not a pet person.

I work full time, some days from home, sometime I’m away for a night or 2.

Parking for one car on the driveway next to mine and I can store a bike in the garage if required (my motorbike is in there, it is alarmed).

Washer, dryer or washing line, oven, dishwasher all available for use.
One food cupboard, one shelf of the fridge and some freezer space

Must be a non smoker or willing to only smoke outdoors, as I have asthma.

May be willing to accept couples at extra cost (£850pm).
