Clean, tidy and cosy house with lovely garden. Three quarters size bed in room and other furniture (chest of drawers, wardrobe, armchair). Very easy access to city centre and main roads to A59, M1, A19 and A64. Good transport links.

Looking for someone who requires a room Monday to Friday (or any nights within that) - will suit someone who lives elsewhere but needs somewhere to stay while working in the York area. Happy to have a relatively casual arrangement and let for less than four nights a week. If the room is required ess than four nights a week, the rent is £30 a night.

Must be ok with animals.

Am happy to have some social time but also respect the need for space / quiet time.
Willing to negotiate price dependent upon how many nights a week the accommodation is used / length of stay.
