Are you a graduate student looking for a spacious ENSUITE PREMIUM STUDIO as a single/couple occupant(s) for a reasonable rent?
I have secured this lovely room here in ABODE York as a prospective PhD student starting in September 2024/25; however, due to my disability conditions, I will have to give it up to move to the Univ accommodation to live closer to my workplace.
ABODE York is located in the very centre of the city and really convenient to commute to the nearby campuses. With a mini kitchen and a bathroom with a shower, the room is spacious for a couple to spend time together, sleeping, eating, working, exercising etc. In addition, there are plenty of communal areas where you and your partner could spend time together with your friends and families when they are visiting you in York.
Please let me know if you are interested in this room. I will liaise
with the letting agency (Homes for Student) and am more than happy to answer all the questions that you may have before officially talking to them.
