Looking for a student to take over my studio in June (can be flexible with dates)

- It’s a big cityscape view studio in Samuel Tuke on the top floor with an en-suite bathroom, kitchen, double bed, desk area, tv, bean bags, wardrobe, a lot of storage area, counter table, fridge and freezer, microwave/oven
- Other amenities in the building- cinema room, gym, shared pool table, sofas and sitting/studyareas in the reception, open area seating for summer, bike room,24/7 staff to help and receptionist as well as access to all the other Hello Student sites in York (their study spaces, etc)
- Suitable for single or double occupants (students only)
- the studio is 5-10 min walk into the City Centre, a 5 min walk to a lot of food shops e. g Morrisons, Lidl, Waitrose
-only a 15min walk to West campus and there is a bus stop directly outside the building for University of York East and West Campus
- Rent is £1200 a month bills included and the end of tenancy is August 30th 2024
