The kitchen is decent size with a double oven, electric hob and a microwave with conventional oven incorporated within it.

There is a communal garden that can be fully utilised. There is also a car parking space right outside the property.

The greatest feature of this house is the fact that it is situated in the leafy green 'Heworth Green' area. The house itself is off road in a very quiet secluded courtyard space with very little noise.
